Anticlimax

Rays of sunshine kissing my face and wind blowing against my shirtless body. I close my eyes and sank my teeth into the apple.. juicy and crunchy at the same time, bliss. The best way to end a morning after an energizing swim.

Sweet at first i began to chew. Some bits a little sour some bits saccharine sweet. I looked at it and had a rude shock, for it was rotten at the core. I spat the contents of my mouth into my hand and threw the apple away.
